Yeah, that's interesting because it looks like a vehicle and not terrain, and really it seems like the sort of design only Genestealer Cults or Imperial Guard would use.

Because nobody played the Elysians. Or bought them.

It is either Krieg or Necromunda or GSC.

This is... intensely speculative, but... Necrumunda is due a wholly new faction by the end of the year. Could move out of the Hives and have an Ash Waste Nomad vehicle.

I think genestealers, I could even believe that the hatch has a orange stripe running down the middle section, like the Ridgerunners.

I'd bet GSC, has bullbars and stowage along with what looks top be a mono colored paintjob (no cammo guard fellers) in that light grey ( I know it's not a color picture but you can tell the color hue at least) with very GSC studio weathering.

That said, honestly anything that guard gets GSC is probably also getting based on the way the army works so it could easily be both factions which is the smartest move GW could make. (seriously why aren't the dirt bikes also usable for guard?)

I'd actually prefer some sort of very big industrial mining spider with all sorts of stowage and personal effects on it. GSC really does need something large and durable, last thing it needs are more paper chaf units IMHO. A large center piece with higher points in game would also make the faction much more approachable for new players as opposed to needing 2-300+ models now.

If it IS GSC... Same model, perhaps?

Well I had once crazy idea involving Brumak from GoW as basis for GSC unit but that would just be too cool.


But I do expect roughly 2-4 units for GSC. Neophyte heavy weapons team, some big dumb heavy support choice and some elite infantry.

I’m not seeing “bullbars” I’m seeing “handrail” given that the roll is an IG scaled bedroll. Back of an open-topped transport of some sort, I reckon.

I think with the new Kill team stuff coming out that this will be a vehicle stowage part for the Imperial guard. Extra bed rolls and packs. All the Kreig guys have backpacks that I have seen, so possibly vehicle bits for their mining drill or command car.

Yeah very necessary with options- the Wailing Doom can take different forms- spear, sword and axe for example.

my 1st thought was an Avatar of Khaine too.

Some sort of Eldar wave seems to be incoming. That's avatar and there was that hand with obviously eldary device earlier.

I really hope it’s a release on par with Necrons and Orks in terms of kit quantity.

almost worrying, the Avatar could so easily be a 'one and done' update
