Well, I could play this list in a minute as I have all the models.
But are you really sure about the Skorpekh Lord?

Have you considered breaking up the heavy Destroyers into 2-3 separate units? This gives you a little more flexibility to use them to occupy board corners, perform actions, and makes them a pain in the butt to shoot with indirect like manticore or plagueburst crawlers. You trade the reanimation but it sucks for four wound models anyway. I guess it makes extermination protocols useless but 2 cp for re-roll wound on 3 shots that are already S10 feels too expensive.

I'd consider splitting the wraiths in 2 units of 3 to give you more board presence as well. Nightbringer and Skorpekhs are your hammers. The wraiths would durable skirmishers to move block and bully msu troops. This might make the technomancer redundant but I actually think a chronomancer with his 5++ and charge re-rolls to support your skorpekhs is a good alternative.

heavy Destroyers got cheaper.
Barge got more expensive.
Skorpekh Lord is versatile.
