Heyla,

I'm looking for folks to play wargames/minis games with in the Richmond, VA area, preferably on the north side, as I live in Mechanicsville, but I'm flexible. I'm interested in Star Wars Legion or X-Wing, Stargrave/Frostgrave/Rangers of Shadowdeep, OPR, Zombicide, Imperial Assault, Descent, Fallout: Wasteland Warfare, A Song of Ice and Fire, or any sort of minis agnostic game. I've only gotten into this sort of game in the last couple of years, but am very interested in them. I'm 47 years old, married with a kid, work as a software developer, and also dabble in woodworking and woodturning. I've played RPGs since the early 80s and various board and card games pretty much my entire life. I'm pretty easygoing, not super competitive, but I enjoy a good challenge. Hit me up if you're interested!

Thanks!
Rich

Waterloo Games is in your neck of the woods. I live in Henrico and have just started my first Stargrave crew. Battlegrounds in Midlothian has a decent variety of game types played.

I will check out Waterloo Games and see what they have going on there. Battlegrounds is great and I've been there a couple of times, but it's a bit of a hike from where I am. Thanks!
