I don't think the runtherd is very useful in the new book. He's too expensive for babysitting a fragile unit. I also feel like bad moons are the weakest clan right now. I would try to rearrange the list so that your warlord is making his detachment cost 0cp (battalion or patrol).

You could move the stormboyz and scrapjets to goffs and make that the outrider. Then move the grots to the evil sunz detachment and make it a patrol so it refunds 2cp. One of the shockjumps would end up the what is currently bad moons but I feel that 2 detachments of evil sunz would be better anyway. If you want to take advantage of bad moons still then the shockjump moving into that detachment would be better off as something with high rate of fire like a squigbuggy or snazzwagon or a dakkajet.
