Hey guys, please tell me about all of the wargames you know that would make it possible to field Tyranids models. I guess majority of their models, excluding ones with ''guns'', could be adapted to fantasy. So far I know about Dragon Rampant but what else is out there?

Kings of War, using "The Herd" army list is incredibly open-ended as far as model use goes. The Salamanders army list could also work well.

Edit: Actually, Nightstalkers army list would be perfect and the model line isn't all that different either, zoanthrophe = mind screech (they're both floating brains), hormagaunts as reapers, warriors = butchers etc. The theme of the faction is nightmare creatures from another dimension so tyranids for perfectly in terms of model design, some of the models with bio guns could be used as well.

Yeah, Nightstalkers for KoW are an obvious choice. Nameless for Deadzone too.
OnePageRules has non-tyranids.
God of Battles (unkown game for most, I think) has some sort of insectoid race that would fit Tyranids.

also check out Star Breach. Excellent rule set! They have lists for every 40K faction, plus Star Wars (Light & Dark & Mercenaries / bounty hunters) and even one or two more creatives ones. It's a Skirmish game too, you could be playing very quickly. I recommend the proprietary dice (the rules are free).

Saga Age of Magic has the "Otherworld" faction - basically demons/angels/eldritch abominations from other dimensions. Seems like Tyranids could easily fit in and Saga favors round bases, altough they are not obligatory.

Jut purchased the Saga Age of Magic rule book and boards this year. EXCELLENT suggestion, forgot about this.
It's so damn cool, really solid system.

Definitely nightstalkers for Kings of War!

I will also add Reign in Hell, an Indy demonic skirmish game by Adam Loper (a.k.a. Uncle Atom) and Vince Venturella.

Not sure how well this would work given model sizes, but perhaps Tyranids could work as a Legion of Everblight army in Hordes?

You can use One Page Rules games together whether they are fantasy of sci fi, as they all use the same core rules. Typically the unbalance of using Grimdark Future factions in Age of fantasy is the proliferation of ranged weapons, but with not-Tyranids that's going to be kind of lessened depending on which models you focus on in your force.

Other bonus of One Page Rules stuff is that there are also skirmish versions of both main army-scale games that also use 95% of the same ruleset, so you can play smaller games when space and time is an issue.
