So I was looking for feedback on this list, as I actually put thought into it for once. The basic strategy is to whittle down the enemy with perpetually reanimating skeletons or use them to hold objectives while the terrorgeists harass the enemy.

It's viable. Won't stand up to a competitive meta, but for the sphere of regular gameplay it should work as intended. Note that a spell enhancement gives EVERY wizard in the army another spell.

Halgrim isn't doing as much for you as a corpse cart to buff casting rolls would.

It's viability will be affected by how shooting/magic heavy your opponents are.

Skellies only bringing back those killed in the same phase is a weakness in those match ups.

Yes but that’s why I have the endless spell which can heal d3 wounds or if they only have one wound per model, can return models with a total wounds equal to d3 to the unit. Also the necromancer has a spell that can revive a few models in a summonable unit.

Ranged damage will generally be going at the terries anyways. If it's going at the skeletons that's great; those are the least efficient targets.
