with the new Warcry setting being related to trying to find a crashed Seraphon ship, I wouldn't be surprised if they are tying that in with an eventual model release.

Doubtful as the non start of edition revamps aside, it’s been all new factions coming out. Revisited armies have just been a few kits mostly haven’t they? (Counting Sisters And Squats as new factions. As for all intents and purposes they are).
Lumineth, StD and World Eaters for instance. Nighthaunt, new Orruks, Necrons and DG (And Primaris) being full new edition factions so it’s own thing.

But if they can fit in more than two or three kits for the lizards, I’m there for it

Difference here is the Seraphon aren’t exactly transplanted and reskinned WHFB. They’re the same fundamental culture.

They don’t even need all that many kits. Skinks, Saurus, Saurus Cavalry and Kroxigor are the core ones needing doing.

Then just the weapon beasties and I think that’s about it, outside of character models.

Chameleon Skinks too I guess.

I'm never going to get warhammer TV, but goodness me to I want that little deep-one, and the 15mm scale chaos warrior. (oh, who am I kidding? With all the scale creep he's probably 25mm and the same size as the first citadel minis )

Damnit GW, I'm not subscribing to your TV thing no matter how many exclusive throwback Chaos Familiars you make.

Yeah, I love hooded and pot ones but will never waste my money for that subscription just to get them.

Just for giggles, I am going to guess fimir. Looks like a single eye and a "beak" below it. They are bringing back reimagined chaos dwarves and squats, so why not fimir. I will now wait for the customary post about their troubled history.

Could be bloody owt that.

Trying to think which factions show off their dangly bits.

It doesn't look that Orky.

I'm gonna say it's something from the eventual Warhammer Fantasy release. That's why it's so vague so it won't provoke any hopes just yet.

Edit: you know what, having read the description which is usually an extra clue, I'm doubling down on that. It's something Sigmar - Empire related.

What if it’s a screaming bird skull? The pic is it facing us with its mouth open

It looks metallic, and single material, like a gold or copper pendant type thing.

I’m not even sure if it’s the rear side of a better known, instantly recognisable symbol

I suspect it is. Specifically the underside of a bird skull.

It looks like a bird skull dangly thingy, hanging off a cable. Raven Guard, perhaps? For some reason?

Just a reminder that we're back at the stage where anything non-techy is potentially a random new Warcry faction and anything techy is potentially a new Kill Team faction.

I’m going to say:
Cadian veteran’s medal/pendant, specifically commemorating the Fall of Cadia.
It’s got the Gate with what could be a skull in the middle, and the darker point could represent the crack in the planet or any number of other symbolisms.

There has been no statement, but clearly something has gone wrong with their production/distribution pipeline (again).
Secondary games seem to be doing ok (probably because we never had a clear grasp on their schedules anyway), but we're still staggering along with pending Chaos Marine releases and a few of the Horus Heresy kits that were previewed (mostly the rest of the heavy weapons, which were shown off at the very start, and the deimos predator, and the rhino is still] hard to get). They've got a timer ticking on 4 AoS books for fall, so we'll see what happens there- at least they're getting Arcane Convergence out.

A 'Hey, we're doing X and hope to have things back on track shortly, and we're prioritizing the things we've already announced (like chaos marines, HH and Cursed City)' statement would be nice and professional.
