Recently moved gamer to Huntsville here with somewhat of a non-answer. But something might be better than nothing.

I know Age of Sigmar is quite popular at Lucky Dice, they play on Wednesdays. ASOIAF folks play there on Saturdays. That's the fantasy crowd I'd imagine you'd want to tap into.

Once the Old World comes back ill definitely be jumping back into WHFB. For now I'm running a Blood Bowl league. We usually play at the Deep but we don't have a regularly scheduled day with the league. Thursdays is the official day though.
