With the explosion of 3D printing options, boutique resin and metal makers, and the growing number of companies doing plastic, we are more spoilt for choice than ever before.
But it is human nature to always want more (MOAR!) so here we are...
What's your current plastic kit wish list?
Modular tanks and fliers - I've had a lot of fun kit bashing the Valkyrie kit into various shuttles and aircraft. The fact the cockpits, cargo hold, wings and tail area are all separate and modular gives us a lot of freedom to make different ships.
Ramshackle does something like this with their resin vehicles, and Snap Ships is on that line between models and Legos, but I would like a line of explicitly modular vehicles. Tanks that can have tracks, hover or wheels depending on the side you pick, a boxy shuttle that can become a gun ship or cargo hauler depending on options, I'd buy dozens.
Generic sci-fi trucks, vans and cars - Just some good generic sci fi vehicles to serve as cover or objectives. Mantic's Mule is a great start for ideas. Modular would be even better.
Panicking civilians - My long-standing wish for sci fi civilians is more-or-less met with Medge Broken and Star Grave Crew, though both could use more tool or package hands and fewer gun hands. Reaper Bones has a large line of fantasy civilians that can also be converted into sci fi with some minor adjustments.
But I'd really like to see some panicking civilians, after all for most battles they're not going to be stand there cleaning a beer mug or holding their degausser, they're going to be freaking out and running.
So a sci fi civilian kit including some people running for their damn lives as a godzilla sized elder god tears through reality would be great.
Fancy Dress Soldiers and civilians - I always liked the Mordians, nothing says 'insane' like people putting on their Sunday best dress uniforms to go fight eldrich horrors, and having it work. So besides civilians in jumpsuits and jackets lets have a sprue of people in their best starched uniforms and ballroom costumes.
Robots, androids and cyborgs - Medge and Stargrave have provided more than enough 'rubber mask' style alien heads to keep anyone going for a long time. Now let's see some generic robot/cyborg parts for making your own steel legions. Treads, legs, hover jets, mechanical claws, tentacles, welding torches, drills, all modular and interchangeable.
Cyber ninjas - Do I even have to explain this one? Ball joints for the arms and legs to make all sorts of poses, laser katanas and concussion nunchucks and I dunno, explosive shuriken. Yeah. Wargame Atlantic, make this happen, Death Fields Ninjas!
What's on your list?

I’m very much GW specific.
So everything in Finecast needs to be plasticificated pronto.
Most are now quite aged kits. Whilst some of the sculpts still hold up, plastic is just a better material all round.

Plastic = hard plastic. Also no integral bases:
1) Werewolves, without weapons, just fangs&claws.
2) Ogres that are not pseudo historical aka conquistadors/mongols etc. etc. but simply big brutes, preferably with either some furs/skins or some simple clothes. Armed with clubs, axes etc.
3) Medieval (Europe) looking skeletons. Would be nice if the kit had ranged weapons like crossbows.
4) Ratmen that have option to not have shields, like either 2 hand weapons or simply one hand just with claws.
5) Ghouls that do not look like zombies, like current Mantic ones, but also are not bone fetishists like current GW ones.

Mostly fantasy stuff that became OOP. Empire cannon, mortar and cavarly. Dark elves shades and bolt throwers, classic greenskins on foot and on boar, orc artillery, etc... maybe with the upcoming The Old World we'll get this models.
I'd also like to see some drukhari updates: a plastic kit for the court of the archon with 5-10 models, a kit of beasts with 5-10 models, a kit of 3-5 grotesques. Those are all units that are currently provided in blisters of 1 model in finecast and they're all squads, not single characters.

I knew I forgot something important. Yeah, plastic orc warriors regiment or even that 4 easy to build pack of old greenskins could be back, and still look great today.

Imperial Guard - This is more GW specific but as I've been building a lot of guard from RT plastics to 2nd edition metals, to venerable Catachans and Cadians, to Necromunda, I have give a lot of thought to what would be the 'perfect' way to do guard.
1-Riflemen: Push-fit rifleman kit with heads and bodies and arms in just 1 or 2 pieces. Maybe with separate head options so 3 parts tops. These are riflemen, I need metric crapton of them. They do not need to be in 5-10 pieces, but should be in interesting and natural poses. 2nd edition metals are GREAT, the posts look natural and everything flows in a way that's hard to do with modular plastics. The 2012ish Chaos Cultists got it just about perfect, the push fit Cadians suffered from dull and unnatural poses but at least were easy to build and paint. The Necromunda guys have way too many parts (granted they're not meant to be done as armies) and the Blackstone guys are both monopose AND in a dozen pieces. No. So 1-2 part riflemen in natural looking poses.
2-Heavy weapons: More or less as is, but for heck's sake with enough tripods and bipods for all the weapons.
3-Officer and vet sprue: This is where the modular guys go. Ton of body and head options, interesting arm options (not just shooting), radios and other gear. Honestly the Cadian Command set has this just about perfect.

I'd like some more not-quite-human infantry types. I may have some latent furriness in there somewhere, but some more sci-fi anthro stuff would be fun. There is a particular lack of sci-fi dragon-like thingies.
You can do head swaps, but I really like a lot of the fantasy lycanthrope types and other anthropomorphised animals that are around with the more animalistic body forms. You can modify things like weapons easily enough, but armour and clothes tends to be more obviously fantasy based.

I am a huge fan of the old command squad kit for the space marines. When in 6th, the marine line was pretty thoroughly revamped, they did not, sadly, rework this kit, which was a huuuge letdown for me. So, a new command squat kit for command squads (yes, I am aware that the command squad as it was does not exist anymore, let me dream).
Next, I'd love a plastic Tallarn Desert Raiders kit as these are probably my second favorite style of regiment and the third party choices I found just did not scratch my itch there.
Next up, some High Elves style buildings would be nice.
Hell, I'd love some more scatter terrain for IG as well. Tents, small container buildings, hangars, all that god stuff.

I really liked the Tauros Assault Buggy/Tauros Venator, but came to late to the hobby to get those models. I have a couple of proxies, but would definitly appreciate them (or a similar buggy like thingy) comming back in plastic in some form. And when they are at it in a variant that is kind of a "small transport", with a command or special weapons squad hitching a ride (so 4-6 dudes capacity).
I would also love to get upgrade sprues with different lasgun patterns or different heavy weapon styles (a seriously cut down version without shield but with a handle for airborne regiments, a variant with a carriage with tires, (twin) heavy stubbers, Multilasers, maybe something like a sleigh for ice regiments). But I accept that this might not be economically feasible
In the same vein: a kit with alternative Leman Russ/Chimera turret styles would be nice to spice things up a bit.

I know there was some discussion going on down in the Specialist Games sub-forum, but I would love to see a new Epic release of the Horus Heresy, with lots of little early armour mark marines, land raiders and command on a sprue or two.
Yes I know there are lots of 3D prints available, and great proxies from Vanguard, Onslaught etc, but it would definitely help to get a load more people into 6/8mm scale. And if they re-released one of the earlier Epic rule sets I think they are all such a wonderful set of rules (in God's own scale!) and tons of younger generation wargamers are currently missing out by not getting to play it. And a new plastic kit/boxed game would really help right that wrong!

Oh I know. *slaps own head*
I have been wanting this for awhile now, and its so simple. I want realistic bones, skeletons in various states of decay.
As in, I use a lof of scatter on my terrain boards to break up lines. Crushed walnut shell makes a great lightweight rubble counterfeit, and since I play warcry, I try to include as many bones skulls etc to this random assortment of detritus strewn across the battle field.
It's not very easy to find a large amount of bones for this job, that are both semirealistic and not preassembled into some ultra specific type of skeleton fighter.
So, similar to the "skulls" product GW unironically has, I want that, but with just various bones. Rib cages, tibias, femurs, pelvises, etc.
Similarly, desiccated and other states of rotted bodies would be nice for this same purpose. I know its morbid, but if you're gonna have war then at least be honest about it.
Just sprinkled across the battle field as you would sprinkle salt on your food and for the same reason, to enhance the flavor.

There is a printable product to cover that for sure

Or one of the infinite fre skeleton files let there and chew up for taste. You can get an awful lot of skeleton components on single build plate
