It can attack with the grenades once for 1d6 attacks.
The sheet says that the buggy is equipped with the following ranged weapons:
1) heavy squig launcha (Assault 2d6)
2) sawn-off shotgun (Assault 2)
3) squig launcha (Assault D6)
4) stikkbombs (Grenade D6)
Normally all ranged weapons can fire in a turn:
"When you select a unit to shoot with, you select targets and resolve attacks with any or all ranged weapons that models in that unit are equipped with (each ranged weapon can only be shot once per phase)"
However the normal rules for Grenades override that:
"When a unit shoots, one model that is equipped with a Grenade in that unit can resolve attacks with it instead of shooting any other weapons"
So normally you be able to shoot the heavy launcher, the shotgun and the launcher or the stikkbombs on their own.
The special rule, Riding Shotgun, lets you shoot with the Grenades "in addition to any other weapon types", "in addition" not "instead of".
So you can fire with the heavy launcher, the shotgun, the launcher and the stikkbombs. And when those Stikkbombs fire they fire 1d6 shots.
