I don’t think you can have a relic and a daemon weapon on the same character at once.

You can. It’s in the Relic stratagem for CSM.

You can only give a character two relics if one is a weapon.

Yes, Gifts of Chaos, which says “ If you use this Stratagem to give a CHARACTER model a second Relic, none of that model’s Relics can be a daemon weapon.”

Disco - very good.
DP - odd without wings.
Termie Sorc - avg to bad.
Cultists - good.
Legionaries 1 - ok-ish.
Legionaries 2 - bad.
Helbrute - lol - hold on, i remember them being bad because of their slow speed, what is their move? 6"...
Possessed - very good.
Spawn - i'm not sure, losing the 4++ spell compared to the TSons version makes me uncertain. Experiment and return.
Maulerfiend 1 - ok.
Maulerfiend 2 - less ok.
Chaos Knight - I do not like this. It costs 3CP and you have to take a dreadblade or you lose a lot of your CSM gubbins. Not sure I would take it at 1CP.

Changes I'd consider (and I do appreciate you are building based on your collection so many won't help):
Drop the Sorc.
Drop the Helbrute out of a window from a few floors up. Don't actually do this. I own 4 of them and one day their time will come!
Give the Legionaries a book if you really need Prescience - as the DP is going to be casting Psychic Interrogation in many matches.
Drop the AP1 Tainted Chainaxe and go with a Power Fist or a Heavy Chainaxe
Consider another INFANTRY CORE choice (Termies, Chosen, Raptors, Havocs) and take another Cultist squad. Maybe do this twice and go triple Cultist/Mutant.
Consider a MoP, its like a Sorc but better. Synergy with your Possessed and Maulerfiends and Disco.
Consider Venomcrawler(s). Helbrutes are 6 S12 AP3 D3 attacks. Venomcrawlers are 6 S7 AP3 D2 attacks, but 12" move and with a decent gun. And oh look at that synergy with MoPs they have.
