A Protoss colony world

I would take Guild Connections on the non-Warlord Kahl at the very least; giving him D2 on his bolter and D3 on his axe could be very useful. Maybe give the High Kahl Flayre (the relic plasma axe) to help him punch harder too.

That's why I was suggesting taking it on the guy who doesn't have a relic, and giving the relic weapon to the other one.
