For Boarding Actions, you may give your non-named character Warlord an Enhancement, and for those enhancements the beneficiary of their abilities is called “the bearer.”

My question is for the purposes of some of these Enhancements, such as the personal teleporter, is “the bearer” considered to be the whole unit your Warlord Character may be a part of, or only the Warlord Character Model itself?

Or in the case of Expert Breacher, can any model in the Warlord’s unit perform the Open Hatchway action when selected to make a Normal Move, or can only the Warlord Model itself do it?

That depends on the wording of the enhancement. There is no general answer to something as specific as this question.

Well at least in the Abaddon book all of the enhancements use the phrase “the bearer.” I am not sure about any that might be in White Dwarf or the Angron book.

This is compared to relics in codices that use the phrase “the bearer’s unit”

Plain English seems to answer you - “the bearer” is a singular model, not a unit.
