If you can find the Alien warriors kit from GF 9 it might be helpful, you'll get 12 fine aliens and will have 12 xenomorph heads left after building them.

I actually have some of them and they are e but unfortunately too small to go on Nid Warriors, which I’m really after.

Oh, I see. Yeah, for that purpose the GF9 models are too small.
I'm not much into the 3d world, papsikels did some nice aliens a couple of years ago, but I'm not sure if anyone only sells heads of these.
