So Little update on bullgryns. Playing a bit with redstuff. I really grateful to Inso for his answers some time ago regarding sculpting. It's still awful, but at least it can be putted on table.
This bullgryn, named Bop, seen a space marine once. From the Space wolfs. Somehow, he was got the cloak with fur. Commissar, trying keep poker face after Bop explained what he want, make a purity seal for him. And Techpriest with last drops of sense of humor make a shoulderpads.

My Wife call nids the lizards. So i paint them such. and some how they look good.

He is. Now need design third byllgryn's style .

Funny thing most guys with kids have own playgrounds on their yards. But for some reasons they want big one. Also most of them never communicate, though flame and floods about budget

Little progress on second Cadian Castellan. I have filling I was spend more time trying to shoot it properly then compared to painting time.

This is best photos I can make without phone added not existing lines or making whole armor uniform blue.

Once again your blending technique is astonishing! Love the blue and got nothing to say except keep up the amazing work !

There is three blue paints and one white neither names said you anything cause it's local paints.

By the way, Kabaakaba: you helped me out big time with my work. I always had kind of a struggle doing edge highlighting on my tanks. Without it they look ugly, but I'm neither good at it, nor do I enjoy it (and I'm mostly painting to relax after work). After I saw your drybrushing work I tried it out instead. While I'm definitly not as adept as you, the result is better then what I manage with edge highlighting, faster, more enjoyable. Over all a complete win. So thank you!

As of dry brush its always better then edge highlights. it's also allow create tone and hue shifts like blue to violet or red to orange which make it look even better. also if you don't whipping your mini with brush but do one direction strokes it's create cool texture on surface. simple recipe is stroke down front armor plate with color of your choice. then stroke horizontally with darker color then again with first color but shifting each stroke a bit right to left so you don't stroke same place twice. that's create illusion if ribbed surface.

Bop the Wolfgryn is excellent- and the back story makes him a full-dimensional character.

That wall terrain piece behind him is impressive as well!

If I'm ain't wrong around today a year ago i returned to hobby. So, there is a bit of progress over my regiment.

There is still tabletop ready but uncomplated baneblade, 3 armored sentinels, hwt, 30 more cadians, command squad, bulgryns, another castelan.

Also here is 1 unfinished ITD set, 1 primed ITD set, 60 gaunts of different flawors and around 6 square yards of plasticard of different thicknes for scratchbuild terrain.
