Hi all, not been in the site for....oooh...ages but my chums and I have recently gotten back into 40K 5th edition (the gentleman's edition 😁) and more particularly Apocalypse. I was wondering if there is much in the way of 5th edition happening on here; army lists, batreps etc. Anyone know if that's the case? Much obliged for any pointers and glad to be back.
Regards,
Jimbob

First of all, welcome back to Dakka Dakka!

Second, great to see I am not alone in focusing on earlier editions of 40k (4th ed. and 5th ed.).

I would be really interested in your groups approach to base sizes with the updated kits. Over here it was always fine to go larger but not smaller. (e.g., in 4th ed. a bolter marine was on a 25mm, the player can choose to use either 25mm bases or 32mm bases as they like).

"Oi, wot's 'dis, 'den? A whole pack a 'umie shootaz just lyin' 'ere in 'da dust wit' no one usin' 'em? 'Dat's a shame, 'dat is."
