I’ll second the warning about picking up units based on rules at this point. Game mechanics come and go, but roles and models tend to stick around.
Who rides in the razorback? It’s got a very short list of firstborn units who can fit these days, and I don’t think you have any in your list. Probably need to drop it.
Who is joining the terminators? You have one squad, but 2 leaders.
How do you feel about your anti tank? You seem a little light, but not horrible.
You have units that can get places and do things. Mostly via deep strike. The Inceptors have speed on the table. But if you need to pivot mid game and relocate, you might have trouble. Flyers while fast, are hampered by their size and rules.
No scouts/infiltrators. It can be nice to have units with deployment trick to establish a midfield presence, screen, etc.
You have a decent mix of units. If I were in your shoes, I’d drop the razor and one of the terminator HQs. I’d add some anti tank and a phobos unit or some scouts. Maybe a transport.
What to add depends a lot on personal taste and what’s in your collection. The marine range is quite large, so when looking for options we are spoiled for choice. What unit is “best” changes frequently with point updates.
