Bullies are excellent now. They make the unit ignore gobbos for panic.

Find the points for black orc characters. The automatically get the "6" on the waaaagh turn (and so does their unit).

With the galaxy as large as it is the odds of the average guardsmen seeing and fighting a marine or MEQ are relatively slim. Unfortunately the guardsmen in your (and anyone else who plays IG's) army are the REALLY, REALLY LUCKY ones that fight marines ALL the time...

why bother with taking night goblins without fanatics? I'd drop them down to 20 or so and bulk up on the baddies. Night goblins alone won't win combat, and they're not your staying power anyway, the orcs are

AFAIK any O&G general have the "auto 6 animosity roll" rule on the waaah turn, not just Black orcs. Also, all units lead by heroes get additional +1 modifire (although 1 is always a fail).

Black orc heroes have also lost their quell animosity rule, replaced by "ignore failed animosity roll in unit but causing D6 str5 wounds", which in my opinion reduces their value.

Furthermore, Orc warboss have been upgraded to Str5 (previously str4) making them a little more attractive than before, especially considering their cheaper points cost compared to Blorcs.

I'm not sure if I would call the bullies excellent. They are less useless than before, but I can't justify 5pts per warmachine for situational crisis (goblin panic). Especially when they tend to be dead before the goblins actually reach my lines to cause panic.

Angron, my opponent won't know where my fanatics are. You pay 25pts/model for the fear factor, not for what they may or may not do in damage.

BTW no shaman because they got rid of the arcane item that lets you reroll once per magic phase.

It seems you would be better served with bullies on you warmachines then the extra goblin crew.
When your wolf/spider riders flee by you will be glad of the upgrade.

Aad is max 3DD really better than 1DD and 2 scrolls, it seems the scroll caddie is a better buy.

Yeah I'm still trying to figure out the best magic defence with minimum points cost. For a 174points lv1 caddy might be the way to go...

If I am going to take shamans, i might just go all out on goblins (for movement spell).

Another thing I'm thinking of is the new squig hoppers. The general consensus is that wolf chariots are nerfed, to a point where they can no longer be used against Elves (fear elves with Ld6). The disadvantage of hoppers is that they are more expensive in points, and that they are more unpredictable.
