2. Yes.
3. It's not complicated, but it does take some thinking compared to
IGOUGO. It's all about sequence and the buffs each unit/figure gives to the other. You have to actually plan out what everything is going to do and make sure you can get it off right. Some complain that warcaster kill (i.e. killing the commander) makes the game too easy, but there are plenty of scenarios that keep it going.
