This is the army I'm planning on taking to a tournament this coming saturday.Hopefully I should have battle reports afterwards as well. I still hafta buy the knights, but I have everything else. I also have 2 mortars, about 60 handgunners, a bunch of hochland long rifle models, a bunch more spearmen, so changes can be worked in. Any advice?

Spearmen are the Worst. Detachment. Ever.

You can't use the spears when using their special ability to Count/Support Charge. And since you want to break the enemy in one go (protracted combats are your enemy, too), you won't be getting much chance to use those spears.

Save the ten points and go with more Free Company and double your attacks on the charge.

Yeah, I know. Unfortunatly, all of my militia/swordsmen models are already in use in the list, and the only thing I have left is spearmen and handgunners. Alos, with the tourney in a week, I'm limiting to my expenditures this week to 50 bucks.... 35 on the knights and 15 on a battle standard bearer... (The command group of the greatswords.... figure that way I get a captain out of the deal too)

Other than the previous comment about spearmen, it looks pretty good. Personally, I'd swap a hellblaster for a mortar and add some handgunners somewhere. You can buy them as a detachment to get a smaller unit.

Not that hellblaster's aren't great, but I have really good luck with mortars, and that 5" template's a screamer.

Maybe your helblaster, whenever i've used mine they've been either slaughtered (the crew), blown up by themselves or simply turned the molten metal (by the helcannon in my usual enemies chaos army).

I once had a Helblaster spend turns 2-6 chasing a unit of Chaos Knights around, after it wiped out a unit of hounds on Turn 1. Helblasters may not cause fear in enemy units, but they DO cause fear in your opponent.
