What's the best way to model this?

Any pics would be greatly appreciated.

1 Make a centaur type model.
2. lengthen legs
3. model a running guy. carl lewis doesn't look much different then most slow guys but was really fast.

like the centaur type route personally.
my statured lord with speed is a dragon ogre torso with juggernaught body

I've tried grafting beastmen legs/hooves on CSM torsos, which works fairly well.

A few ideas:

Snake torso is pretty easy. Green stuff it if you're good, or swipe parts from a Ravener or Red Terror.
Centipede torso would look uber if one had the GS skills to pull it off (I don't).
I've seen some Nurgley grafts onto a tracked chassis....you could always pull a wheeled chassis from one of those OOP IG lascannons/autocannons...
Spider Legs? There must be some giant spider models out there somewhere.

Friend of mine did one of the spider bodies from one of the lotr models for his khorn lord.  It looks pimp.

Still trying to operate tape cassettes

You could usea Raptor body/legs, it may look a bit too much like Flight, but you can explain to people what it represents.

I have one model that works nicely... I took the head from a Daemon Prince (it looks better!) and put it on an Ogre Kingdoms "Ogre Bull" Model... the bigger body/longer legs works well... 40K Ork hands fit well onto the OK arms, so you can swap those out for weapons.

i'd go with the 'lots o'legs' idea cause it does give out an idea of speed and doesnt look like flight.
1)wheels grafted onto the body (so its not a mount)
2)legs.lots of them
3)make it cartoony and just give him a cardboard cutout circle with legs drawn in it
4)the pogo stick....must make the pogo stick

Centigor model is also a good base. I made one from it. Modeled some possessed arms from the CSM sprue on it. Im not too pleased with it but people have expressed regret that I field my actual DP model from GW now.
