Subject: This is just about the coolest toy EVER!

http://www.silverlit-flyingclub.com/picooz.htm I have always wanted a tiny little helicopter that I can fly around inside the house. $30 at Toys R Us! These are awesome! They are light enough that if they hit something fragile (Die, Precious Moments waif, die!) the chopper will bounce off without damage (Curses, foiled again! But your time will come, vile ornament...). My wife spent several minutes telling me not to scare the dogs- never mind that a) I had yet to master the rudiments of controlled flight and any scaring was entirely incidental, and b) the dogs were prancing about on their hind legs trying to get a closer look. When it was the wife's turn, she managed to crash the chopper into the dog not once but three times, which fortunately the dog treated as play instead of threat. You can get 7 to 10 minutes of flight from a 20 minute charge. After three days of play, I have not yet drained the 6 AA batteries required to power the system. The chopper is so light, even slight breezes will affect it, but I took it outside during the calm of dusk yesterday and got some quite impressive height and distance. It was much easier to control, too, since there were no walls to interrupt my flight path.

He's got a mind like a steel trap. By which I mean it can only hold one idea at a time;
it latches on to the first idea to come along, good or bad; and it takes strenuous effort with a crowbar to make it let go.

I picked up a larger one from ThinkGeek called the Dragonfly. Fun, but haven't had time at work to really get it flying right.

I dont trust the charging time on these kids of toys you only get like 10min of usebefore you have tpo recharge it, not very good for the kids to take down the park.

The one I have is for indoor use only; I got it to harass others in my office.

Funny thing- I got some SPAM yesterday from a company trying to sell me a 'nano-chopper' for $50, and it is identical in all respects to the original PicooZ, down to the decals on the side. Except the PicooZ is $20 cheaper, and not a pirated knock-off. Please, if you get any ads like that, forward them to Silverlit so they can take action against the pirates.
