I'm guessing it's a futurized chastity belt. Same form and function as a regular one... just more edgy for the edgy world we live in.

i-Kore went out of business in early 2004. Urban Mammoth bought the IP rights for their sci-fi skirmish game Void, relaunching it as Urban War...which is currently being expanded into a squad-level game called Metropolis (hence the fat dude =).
