Which do you think is the better choice to run with an Eldar army? I like the idea of the Autarch with a reaper launcher running around on a jetbike....Yriel's spear and monocle rock....and the P-Lords are cool, but at the same time, I think they have been nerfed.

The reaper launcher is heavy 2. bikes with heavy weapons mounted on them can still fire. (space marine attack bike with heavy bolter or multi melta) a heavy weapon held by a model itself cannot.

Incorrect. Bikes can move and shoot heavy weapons. There is no mention of it needing to be mounted on the bike to do that.
Rapid fire weaponry need to be mounted on the bike the gain the benefit of being stationary though.

Can you find the page titled "UNIT TYPE RULES" and subheaded "BIKES"? I'll give a hint, it's after "CHARACTERS" and before "JETBIKES". Not to be an ass, but really, it's not hidden.

I think it’s less a case of “I can’t find the rules” and more a case of “I don’t carry a 40k rulebook around with me all the time”… But since I was talking to engine about this earlier and I <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">do[/i] have a 40k book handy… [Jetbikes, Shooting Phase] <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">“In addition, rapid fire weapons and heavy weapons may be fired if the unit moved and the jetbike is still allowed to charge into close combat in the same turn.” [/i] 40 v4 rulebook, p54. There doesn’t appear to be anything about characters, etc. breaking these rules in this section or the Characters section; though I might have missed something… Looks like the autarch with reaper launcher on jetbike may fire at will… -chris.
