They just added some pics of White Star leader cards. http://www.tabletopgamingnews.com/?p=5179 Looks like the fellow who runs the site has gotten a dozen or so pre-pub shots from Rackham so there should be more photos coming.

Am I the only one dissapointed that they aren't also providing pictures of the actual production paint-jobs? When it comes to pre-painted models I'd like to see the actual product instead of studio paint-jobs!

More pics up. This time of Fire Toad cards; one with grenade launchers and one with machine guns. Oh, and just noticed he's got some shots of the Bane Goliath and a new fire template (5Jan07).

After having handled them over Xmas, the really depressingthing (well, for my finances anyway) is that the initation set stuff looks far better in the flesh than in picture. If the painting on their 2nd wave is better, then I'm screwed.

The reason there are no photo of production paint jobs is that these photos are intended for printing in magazines and so there is a three month advance window they have to aim for to make it in print for when the figs get released.
So its probably next to impossible for them to get photos of the shipping models that far in advance to be able to get them in print in time.

Does the Steel Trooper Tacarm have any other poses (i.e. does the cockpit open, etc)?

My understanding on the Tacarm is that it doesn't open but the set comes with an optional torso that is modeled open (the one you've seen in pics). Pretty cool idea in general I think having these extra heads and stuff.

At least for now the minis have only the optional body part.... but Rackham works on it. The Fire Toad has a fully sculpted cockpit.... but for the time being it is glued shut.
