The Warscythe is a close combat weapon. So no.

Pariahs get to shoot because their Warscythe has a built-in ranged weapon. This is specific to Pariahs, not a general aspect of the Warscythe.

It's just for completeness. Represents how good they would be if they did shoot something.

No, not really. There's no sliding scale that allows one skill to go down and another to go up correspondingly. (That's probably not a word)

Their WS is placed where GW wanted it. Whether or not they have a ranged weapon is nothing to do with their WS.

I'd say correspondingly is a word Insaniak.

It sounds good to me but then again I'm not an English teacher.

Because GW for once learned from a past mistake.

Not giving a Daemon Prince a ballistic skill in the first 3rd edition Chaos codex and then latter giving the Daemon Prince the option to take a minor psychic power that used the model's ballistic skill.  They had to go back and give him it by way of a FAQ.

Dont matter, its best to attend to a stat that has no use for it than to leave it blank.

Whether it has a use for BS or not, it should still have the stat. Just for completeness sake. You never know, maybe an ability in the future works off of a units bs or some such (not likely, but you never know with GW).

So?  At the time they wrote the rules for the original Daemon Prince he didn't have a shooting attack either.

As the warscythe and wraiths topic has been coverd, I will answer the other question. According to www.m-w.com, correspondingly is a word.

Orkses is never beated in battle. If we win we win, if we die we die so it don't count as beat. If we runs for it we don't die neither, so we can always come back for anuvver go, see!
