Hiya,

I tried searching for the subject, but nothing came up, so sorry if this has already been discussed.

I was wondering if the Landraider Transports in the Witch Hunter and Daemon Hunter codexi are supposed to follow the rules for standard Landraiders from the Space Marine Codex (ie. Power of the Machine Spirit).

Thanks in advance!

Yes they do. And dont forget they can always hold a table quarter even when taken as a transport.

The best way to interpret rules is to always use the newest rule. With the exception of army specialized rules.

Thanks, I thought I remembered the Wargear book standerdizing or something the Landraider.

But how do you figure it can hold table quarters? The codex seems to imply it's just a dedicated transport. Just because another book has it as a heavy support choice? (ok, daemon hunters can too, but I'm playing witch hunters) Can it hold other troops then too?

The italics at the top of p35 of the mariner codex (transport section).

Thanks, that does explain a lot!

I always ignored that bit as it started so trivial.
