Sent an e-mail to FW about Krieg and this response back from them:

There will be no Krieg medics.  "There's no place for them in their ranks".
The Command squad is for the Troop choice, not the HQ choice.  Yes that means banners at the squad level.
No Krieg Ogyns.  Damn.  They don't want mirror lists with the Chaos Militia and, Krieg rarely need outside support.
There will probably be a few more special weapon sculpts depending on the finalized list. There are some things you won't see from the guard list (missile launchers), but other things will be available (stubbers).
