So what's the deal with this game? I  don't care for any of that clix crap, but if the models are good and not *too* bendy, I see no reason not to buy them for a quick repaint. They'd make great IG.

I think it looks more like a puma.

I was soooo jazzed to see that car. Then I saw the WizKids logo and now the emo part of me wants to cut itself.

Wether you like clix games or not isnt the issue, its models that sell the game. Alot of people (like myself) by games such as these for the models.
A bit of careful knife work and the mini is ready to be rebased.

Now for the game itself. It isnt made yet, but judging by heroclix and all the other clix games made, it will be map/scenario based. Meaning it will be a tabletop version of halo. Not a bad thing when taken for face value.

And here I was getting excited!  So, you're saying that I will spend the entire game unable to leave my deployment zone because everytime I do I get picked off by some 12 year old who's camping with a sniper rifle and shouting things like "Pwnzored!" through a headset that sounds like 10 megaphones hooked together because of all of the distortion!?

I own a clix figure. One. It's the ryleh guardian from horrorclix. I might buy a few more if this halo game has good sculpts.

also, anyone own any of those little alien clix? the queen or any of the avp guys?

Sounds like MechWarrior a few years back.  Oh, look.  I base your figures with my unit that can infiltrate 34" AND I'll be getting the first turn, too.  Yea.

Yeah, bansons raiders little transport was a nasty bit of kit. One of the reasons i no longer play that game.

I'm really liking that Puma.  If the scale is right, a little bit of alteration, add a few more weapons, and it'd make a pretty fine Salamander.

The are far enough along in the gaming world that they could seriously STOP THE MADNESS of click games. Just bring out the figures and some decent rules. If I get this one, they are coming off of the bases, and they're getting cozy with the ones I have laying around.

yes im not the only one who has this problem (sad thing is im 15 and soposed to be good at these things) ill tell ya the only way i can win is with the plasma pistol and carbine/ atomatic pistol thingy or a scorpion tank (mostly the later) as for the modles ilike them im interested to see how this turns out and dident some one put out a thred a while ago with his ideas for the 40k vershtion of halo to bad he dident copyright it. 

I can't wait to see how they manage to make it "collectable".
