    Hello to everyone out there.Iv recently started playing 40k(in Australia),iv  been collecting space wolves,id like to start a 13th company,with a real medievil theme,     is there a 13th codek   what rules apply to this army                      thanks       any  australasians out there in sydney  who want a game im up for it

As a rule of thumb, the designers do not hide "easter eggs" in the rules. If clever reading is required to unlock some sort of hidden option, then it is most likely the result of wishful thinking.
