Hello everyone!

This Saturday (May 5) we'll be launching the latest WHFB league!

Here's the rundown..
$10 entry fee. What does it get you? First, it gets you an additional 10% off all games workshop products, for a total of 20% off! Secondly, by being in the league, it basically garantuees that you'll always be able to find an opponent to play on our popular gaming days.

Special characters, back of the book lists, storm of chaos/lustria are all allowed. If GW has printed the rules and you have them with you, you can play it!

All miniatures are required to have atleast 3 colors on them. This ensures that everyone has a pleasent gaming experience, fighting with their well painted models against other well painted models.

It will be an escalation style league, where every couple of weeks we increase the points levels. For the first two weeks, we'll be playing at 500-1000 points. This year we're trying "phases", where players can choose what points level they want to play at. People that don't like 500 point warbands can choose to play 1000 points instead. Larger point games take longer, so will be worth slightly more points!

There will also be a challenge system, so that the top doesn't get too bloated by just playing lots of games... it keeps the roster moving, making the top players defend their positions, and earn their keep.

In the end, the top 12 players will compete for prizes in a "finals" tournament at 2250 points.

We play mainly on Saturdays, but Sundays and Wednesdays are also popular gaming days.
Saturdays: 10am - 6pm
Sundays: 12pm - 5pm
Wednesdays: 5pm - 9pm

So come by, sign up and have some fun playing WHFB!

~G
