Well its not the average Eldar list, I wont recommend you change your basic unit layout as yiou will have fun games with this army, though it may get difficult for you.
1. Give ALL your Harlequins kisses, at 18pts naked they are overpriced, at 22pts with rending they are underpriced. Points spent on kisses are not points wasted. Keep the Death Jester if you want a bit of a change, you dont have to shoot with him, remember you cannot fleet if you do. Most players dont take Death Jesters. You do need the Shadowseer though, especially if you want to engage as shuricannon range. The troupe master is a luxury you can do without though, he adds little to the unit except by price, nice mini though.
2. Dark Reapers are hard to use properly, careful deployment is key. In any case drop the tempest launcher, it doesnt you any good, a standard reaper launcher is better. You dont really need an exarch at all with Reapers, though Bs5 is always nice.
3. Fire Prisms are really nasty. I know a guy who runs three in 1500pts, less cheesy than Falcons, slightly.
4. Your winged Autarch is lying about on his own. This isnt really a good sign. as you have twenty Dire avengers why not just take asurmen as your leader and forgo a second character. There is little your autarch can do (outside of reserve rerolls) that your units cannot do better.
5. This will free up some points for something else interesting: like a small jetbike squadron,four including shuricannon and warlock with spear.

yeah, i didn't want the "20 harlies of doom" list that everyone else uses. i don't play tournaments so i dont need uber efficient. just something to have fun with =-)
my thoughts were to use the avengers as stop gaps, with asurmen and the harlies to counter charge. i figure with defend on both squads, it will negate charges for the most part. lances flank covered by the reapers to a side, pathfinders fitting in where nessecary of course. reapers plugging up the weak side. with the prisms in back taking out tanks.
ill change up that stuff you mentioned tomorrow and see what i can squeeze out. thanks for the help. =-)
any other suggestions?

why conceal, embolden and enhance 2 times each??? they arent cumaltive, and they are all in the same unit...
personally, i would drop the Troupe Master for the extra Kisses, and give bladestorm to the Dire Avenger Squad with the double catapulted Exarch... The Prisms are a nasty touch, liking it...
perhaps lose the Bright Lance for a Starcannon as you have 2 Prisms, unless there are a lot of enemy armour, even then, a lance at BS3, never been a fan of single shot weaps at that BS...
With the farseer, i wouldnt take spirit stones w/o runes of witnessing, reduces peril chances, which will insta-kill him...
and as for the death jester, its always fun to be able to send a hail of S6 AP4 shreiker rounds into a unit just before you assult, but for that you give up rending attacks, a tough choice, but a fun one...
for the 3 warlocks that now have free space for powers, destructor perhaps? or just get the rmaining 2 kisses for your Harlies... or perhaps Fortune for your farseer, gives you more choices, and GREATLY increase the survivability of units... (i use a Harlie + fortune combo much to my opponents disapointment)...
BUT, in the end, you have to play with it, so your choice!

thanks for the advice man, ill play around with it. so far i havn't playtest this list yet, but i'll check it out compared to what i have. anyone else having advice please offer it up. =-)
