Hopefully this is an easy one.
What happens to the unit inside the trukk if the kareen scatter roll sends the trukk off the table edge?
Does the table edge count as "terrain" thus stopping the trukk 1" away from the edge or do the inhabitants and the trukk scatter off of the table thus counting as being destroyed?
thanx,
GG

That sounds more like what the old school orks used to do. (randomness) I have got to get my hands on this new dex.

If deepstriking units scatter off table they are destroyed. In the last edition stunned skimmers that wandered off board were never heard from again. I'd say that your orks are probably gone.

Do they cause tank shock if they scatter through troops?
|
warhammer 40k mmo. If I can drive an ork trukk into the back of a space marine dread and explode in a fireball of epic, I can die happy!

I'd imagine they go over intervening troops...

Actually the rule says that the trukk will stop 1" away if it makes contact with enemy units or terrain. That is why I was wondering if table edge would stop the trukk 1" away.

The table edge isn't terrain. The trukk leaves the table, never to be seen again.

What if it hits a friendly unit
|
This is silly! Buttons are not how one escapes dungeons! I would smash the button and rain beatings liberally down on the wizard for playing such a trick!

Friends and table edges don't stop your Orks.
I'd say you should be able to move your own units out of the way, just don't be generous and take gratuitious moves and all should be fine.
There are no rules to support the above sentence, fyi. Just seems the nice friendly way to do things.

Yeah we talked about that but they let me stop it at the unit behind it then the trukk exploded causing 5 stormboyz, 6 boyz, and 8 gaunts to die in the 6" radius which the other team liked better than me just losing 12 boyz.
