It would look amusing in close combat with a bloodthirster or avatar too

Good model though, I like the pose. I'm not so sure about the skull on the jump pack - I would lean towards using something more aerodynamic there, but the rest of it is solid. Any idea what the paintjob will be yet?

The sword is a little strange. The eagle should be more part of the sword and not just stuck on.
Otherwise I like it

Ah, I see what he is doing. He was taught by Mr. Miyagi and all he is doing is tricking Mr Avatar / Bloodthirster / Power Klaw / Power Fist that he is submitting to him. Nothing like a surprise Power Sword to the round-tables.

I personally like it. Kinda sets him apart from "Mr. Raised-Fist-And-Screaming".

Keep us updated.

Adrift within the vortex of my imagination.

I dont like the skull, it spoils the lines of the model. Though to bne fair I am biased against skull motifs anyway and remove nearly all those I can find.

If you want a 'totem' make it something sleeker, if you want skulls cut off the skull face and mount it somewhere.

n'oublie jamais - It appears I now have to highlight this again.

Hey thanks for the compliments/tips guys.

I've removed the skull. after looking at if for a while today I thought it was a bit much as well. I've added some other bits and stuff as well as plastering him with purity seals.

I'lll post a pic as soon as he dries. I've got him laying on his side to allow a bit to dry evenly.

Thanks again.

I'll start out by saying that I like the pose.

However, I have to agree with the comments about the mold lines and the eagle looking stuck on.

One thought for the eagle would be to slice the wings off and stick them onto the hilt of the sword directly. You'd lose the skull, but the sword would look much more balanced.

Alternatively, perhaps locate a second eagle and stick it on the other side of the sword then greenstuff in the gap? Though that would look kind of fat.

And, finally, the gaps in the jump pack cry out for some greenstuff.

But other than that, I really dig the pose.
