Theres something I've never been able to understand about my ork warboss. The standard model has a giant ax the codex identifies as an 'Uge choppa and a shoota. These are both two handed weapons, but he clearly is only using one hand. And under the army list, it says the warboss can replace his choppa with a big choppa, not that he replaces his slugga and choppa with a big choppa. My friends and I determined this means the warboss can take multiple two handed weapons and just choose which one to use. But my question is, does the warboss get the attack bonus for having two weapons? I think not because there is no clear rule, but I think he can still carry a slugga and a big choppa at the same time. Any thoughts?

Nope. The rules state that you must have two single-handed weapons to get the +1A bonus.

The big Choppa is defined as being a two-handed weapon.

yakface's 40K rule #1: Although the rules allow you to use modeling to your advantage, how badly do you need to win your toy soldier games?
yakface's 40K rule #2: Friends don't let friends start a MEQ army.
yakface's 40K rule #3: Codex does not ALWAYS trump the rulebook, so please don't say that!
