I was planning on using a very pale looking flesh color for a chaos lord. Unfortunly im not really sure on how to do this. Was looking for a plae flesh like horus looks in the on WD display of him and the emperor facing off.

Any suggestions on how to achieve this effect?

I'm no expert on flesh, but I did mine as a set of layers from dark gray up to light grey and highlighter in white. I also inked it half way with some black ink. Granted, this was for a Vampire, so I wanted the ashen look. You might want to start with Elf flesh (if you're going for a Caucasian skin tone) and work up from there.
