Crisis suit command with 2 bodygaurds

2 squads of 6 fire warriors

devilfish

drones scattered here and there

he's letting me tailor my nids against his general layout but
he'll get to choose upgrades according to what I pick so I said sure.
(the above was his idea, dunno y)

keep broodlord with and hidden behind gaunts as they shoot then charge fire warriors
use warriors to take out first the crisis suits then the devilfish

if i'm not mistaken your broodlord HAS to have a squad of genestealers.

Broodlords should always have flesh hooks.

Scuttlers (gaunts for that matter) are pretty much useless. Get genestealers or hormagaunts.

the warriors are nice, but you want something a little faster. I'd drop one and give the 4 leaping.
