Well after losing the first game I was down with the bottom feeders. That might not be such a bad thing since I do not have to go up against the real tough armies. There was a Godzilla there that I would try my luck against, but the army I did not want to face was the one with a Abaddon, a Demon Prince, a Greater Demon, 3 Terminators, a Land Raider, 2 x5 man marine squads and 9 oblits. Ouch!!!

Battle Report:
Not much to report. This is a game of what happens when you have a whole army with Toughness 5, and you go up against an army with Strength 6 (both shooting and assault).

This is how the game went:
I shot the crap out of him, and then when he charged, I hacked him down.

At the end of the game he had killed:
5 Storm Troopers w/2 Plasma Guns
5 Grey Knights w/2 Incinerators
1 Dreadnought

He had left alive:
A wounded Demon Prince (I shot him up on the last turn and thought that they have a Toughness of 6. So I thought I needed 4 to wound with my Psycannons and 5s for my Heavy Bolters. If I remembered that he was T5 I would have killed him).
Khorne Berzerkers below half (he lost 4 when there Rhino blew up).

I won with 1400 VPs to 400 VPs giving me a victorious slaughter, and the secondary objective. He took the tertiary objective with his Plague Marine squad.

I felt like I was pulling the wings off of a fly. He never really had a chance.


Next Game I will go into some detail since it was against CaptKaruthor’s Black Templar.

Yikes! Lucky for you you did not have to face the 9 oblit army.

Yeah, I unfortunately had the misfortune of playing that Chaos army in the second round. In the 6th turn I missed getting the draw by a hair. It was a really close game. I can say however, I was the only one that was able to kill all 3 of his uber HQ's though...lol. Abbadon, Pimped Slaneesh DP, and a Bloodthirster all went down...hehe.
