Well I thought it was about time that I started up a blog about my new imperial guard army that im making for an escalation league im in. My main tactic is to mainly use infantry with some artillery to help keep the enemy's heads down. Also every man in my army is wearing carapace armor make the armor save a 4+ so far it has been a real great asset So here are a few pictures of my currently WIP IG army.

That one is taken to show the extra armor I added. Its that one strip below the shoulder pad Not much but hey

Just a WIP guardsmen

A WIP sergant model im workin on

That is one of my many grenage launcher troops. Soon all my army will be headless like him while they wait for there new heads.

That is the Chimera transport that some will be rideing in. Just finished it yesterday.

And that is my space marine chaplain. He can lay some serious hurt on all the foes of the emperor

I know that the last one is not part of my IG army, but I wanted to show him off :p He needs some touchup done but hey.

I will add allot more info about my army, and more pictures at a later time. Hope you all enjoy.

That's an angry-looking Chaplain! It's interesting, your use of gold on the ridge of his helmet makes it stand out in a way that I never really noticed it on the model before.

Plus, minor conversions like the shoulderpad strips, when carried across an entire army can make it look really distinctive.

Man, I wish there was a real Black Library where I could get a Black Library Card and take out Black Library Books without having to buy them. Of course, late fees would be your soul. But it would be worth it. - InquisitorMack

Its been a while since I posted last I know, but the camera has been MIA until recently and I took a vacation :p But im back now. And as for the look of my troops. They are doing to be painted like the cadian 8th only I will have the extra armor, and im thinking of a little camo on there fatigues. I should have some new pictures up tonight. I have my chimera painted, and almost all my first twenty five guys.
