Why is yesterday the first i heard of the tactica wiki section?
Ive been posting here for like 12 years now and was completely oblivious to the fact this forum has a wiki for tactics attached.
I mean, i use dakka articles - a favourite of mine is the "That's How I Roll: A Scientific Evaluation of Dice" as well as Kid Kyoto's civilian vehicles in 40k...

Story-time: I had an extended period of battling.... ...someone? on the 1D4chan tactics site over Ordo Reductor tactics back in 2014-ish that i eventually gave up on because even though i was being fastidious about the accuracy of what i was posting, the other person didn't seem to care other than making sure their opinion was the sum of the text.
And now i find i could have been putting all that effort into a wiki right here where accuracy sells.

Please consider this my plea to the Mods etc to have a Horus Heresy tactica wiki category for each of the two editions we have for the age of darkness where all us reasonable dakkanaughts can contribute and enjoy an accurate tactics repository for the great crusade and the rebellion of the warmaster.

So that would be a main category for The Horus Heresy, two sub categories for Original and 2.0, then in both of those one wiki article for each chapter of muhreens (18), three for the Mechanicum, and one each for Questoris Knight Households, Freeblade Knights, Solar Auxillia, Imperial Militia, Cults, Talons of the Emperor, Daemons of the Ruinstorm, Blacksheilds, Shattered Legions and the Collegia Titanica.
I appreciate thats 31 in total but the Dakka Mods wouldn't need to populate the data, just set up the space for us to do it.

Also, a category for Adeptus Titanicus would be super useful too.

The article section in general has been somewhat neglected over the last while, and so hasn't really been promoted much as a result. Any of the existing tactics articles are likely to be quite a few editions out of date as a result, so anything you want to add is definitely welcome.

So far as categories go - new categories are automatically created when you add them to an article. Just add the appropriate category tag somewhere in the article (usually at the very top or the very bottom, to make them easier to find):

[[Category:InsertCategoryNameHere]]
... and if that category doesn't yet exist, the system adds it automatically.
