Hi to all

Been a long time watcher of the forum, going back to summer 02.

I've also been a short term member a couple of years back under the name Captain Reaper, but I changed providers, lost the email address and back then didn't track passwords, so lost access. :S

In 04, I started spending more time watching Warseer, ended up joining and spent a lot of time on that forum, however I've always come back to dakka on occasion, and have decided to join again.

Hope to add to the discussion here, and will see folks around.

cheers
MDS

Suffolk, where the Aliens roam.

It occurs to me I didn't mention anything about myself or my gaming, so I thought I'd chuck down a little more info.

I'm nearly mid 30's, married with two boys, live in the UK, specifically east coast near Ipswich.

Been gaming since 1988 when I started with Blood Bowl and Space hulk, then moved into 40K, then Fantasy.

Think that in my gaming life I've owned and played nearly every main 40K/Fantasy army par Necrons, Squats (although I had a few figs,) Tomb Kings and Black Templars.
Sadly I am currently not playing Fantasy, although I plan to re-enter at some point, probably with a return to my favoured Druchii.

In 40K I have a Chaos Space Marines renegade force called 'The Sons of Kharos' after my Daemon Prince leader. The army has 4 additional sub factions with in it representing the 4 powers. The undivided use the 'Chapter name' while the sub factions are 'The Deathdrake Brotherhood' (Khorne) The Shroud of Vokos (Tzeentch) 'The Undying' (Nurgle) and 'The Vile Brood' (Slaanesh.) Each faction and the undivided troops have their own colour scheme, and from those I've done I'm quite happy with the overall look so far.
I also plan to return to my fave 40K army at some point, The Imperial Guard.
My wife currently fields Tyranids and Her own Space Marine chapter 'The Ghosts of Nocturn.'

On top of the big two, I also play a few of the Specialist titles, inc Blood Bowl where I field the Dwarf Warhammerers and Lowdown Ratz, and Mordheim where I play Rieklanders.
My wife plays 'The Ironrock Sharks' (orcs) in Blood Bowl and Beastmen in Mordheim.

On a side note I also a bit of a terrain nut, I love making it, mostly to go onto flat boards, but as soon as get a place where I can take one room and make it a full time Gaming room, I plan on going modular crazy.

Once I sort out my camera I'll try to get a few pics for folks to look at.

Pictures would be great, and if you take some then I'd love to see army profiles for your forces too as I bet they are pretty impressive!
