I'm gonna build me a Warhound titan.

So far I've only been medling with paper and cordboard, since I live so far north that the mail takes ages.
No really, the suplier where out of the thickness I wanted, so I had to reorder my plasticard.

I have'nt been to idle though....

The middle picture shows what I hope one day will be a plasma blastgun...

Plasticard is great!!!!!

You got some really crisp edges on that upper body, Is the Grill glued down yet? cut the hole larger and place this wall section fron the Manifactorium under the grill!

@f74: thanks for the tip, have'nt got that part and the grille is glued...
I've seen others do that, and it would have been great. I will consider going back and redo that...

Just a few tips!:

when you do the hip section don't glue it to the top section, use plastic rod or thick wooden dowel so it can pivot and be taken apart easy for transport!

you should be able to buy Plastic 1" box tubing for the legs cut to length and Dremel out the circles for the plastic tubing that you used in your paper model above

Two lots of plastic rod one 8mm and one either 6mm or 10mm put one inside the other and cut to desired length, hey presto PISTONS!

@f74: Thanks for all tips! I've bougth som tubing for pistons, and some PVC pipes for knees and hips.
Used the sizes Lack0fbetterName adviced in his exellent templates.

Asmodai, man, I'm totally sorry. I thought they were pretty good names and I suggested them in total earnesty. But it turns out I was wrong and now you're saddled with a terrible set of handles. I don't know what to say. You should probably start the project all over again, and I'll just keep my terrible, terrible names away this time. Yak- please delete this entire thread.

And f74, thanks for pointing out my error. And I'm sorry that humour killed your parents. It must be rough living a life dedicated to revenge.

Funny you should ask. Earlier today I was minding my own business when a RAVING LUNATIC burst into my office and demanded that I post insults. "AND THEY BETTER BE PUERILE!" he exclaimed as he clapped a revolver to my temple. Well, such was my state of pantaloon crapping fear you better believe I broke out in puerile insults like a fabulous new venerial disease. It got worse from there; his demands became increasingly erratic until finally he had me editing his Transformers/DBZ crossover fanfiction. I eventually managed to distract him for a second by claiming that Ron Paul was on the phone, and his momentary lapse of concentration was as a wide picture window to the police snipers.
I'm not proud of what I did, but understand that it was a product of fear, the greatest of motivators. Yes, technically my metal shell is indestructable and I cannot be harmed by puny human weapons, but I was programmed to feel emotion. To feel love. And what is love except the fear of loneliness?

Back OT: Azmodai, it's coming along very nicely! The feet look great, and for your first time working with plasticard, you're doing a bang-up job. I look forward to seeing this puppy grow!

If you cannot see the amusement in TETP you need to get out more ...... I would love to see the personalized banner for that warhound. Maybe that could be Victor Hardy's new project.
