You'll only have 3 power dice in that list because your
spellsinger is level 1. If you're not going to go strong with
the magic, why not use the 90 points on a unit of Dryads?

Anything you fight in hand to hand is going to need CR
help in the flank.

Also, if you are using the hawks to march block, try using an Eagle instead. It's cheaper and therefore better for a throw-away unit. You'll need to drop the Waywatchers, but they aren't really needed at this points level. Use the spare points to buy a dispel scroll or two for your Spell Singer and some Glade Riders for some fast cav action.

how about this

noble
great eagle+blight of terrors+spear
=177pts

spellsinger
lv 2
=125pts

12 dryads
=144pts

12 dryads
=144pts

10 wardancers
=180pts

10 wardancers
=180pts

great eagle
=50pts

this has a flying noble that causes terror and the great eagle to march blocked which allows my wardancers and dryads to get around the flanks.
powerdice=4
dispeldice=3

So a combo of the tree spirit bomb + your other list, minus the shooting ...

Not a bad list, terrorizing eagle noble is a new one on me. 50 points for the terror spites seems way steep though, given how many armies cause fear or are immune to psych (or can shoot the bird out from under him). I hate to encourage same-ness in lists, but I think your characters are better off with the good ol' standard alter + branchwraith:

Alter-Noble - gw, la, hail of doom, helm of the hunt
Branchwraith - lvl 1, cluster of radiants

If you don't like the loner alter build, you could just make him a noble with the above kit and run him with some dancers. Unless this is illegal and he has to be a dancer? Moonstone is another good one to jam on the noble, maybe fit it in with the doom arrow (no helm in this case). Pack those dancers into a wood, then teleport over to the other wood on the table for schenanigans (particularly with the doom arrow in tow).

But these 2 heroes will get you the hail of doom and combat support, along with 4 dispel dice and a tougher caster that can run with some dryads. The bird noble I worry is a lot of points to get terror into the enemy line, while against many armies the terror will be 50 wasted points and the eagle mount becomes a liability to shooting.

Yea for the rare eagle though.

Meadow Patrol: Glade Riders, Wild Riders, and the Eagle.

This is a very fragile build. However, at 1K it is very fast and should dominate flanks/rear charges so you avoid major HtH bricks face on. This allows you to re-deploy and harrass the flanks and lighter units at your leisure while avoiding major fighty units until turn 4-6.

There is enough shooty with the GR to negate opposing fast cav as well given the GR cost is similar to the minimum GG shooty unit.

that would be good but i don't want to be too cheesey because most of it is based on how the opponent rates it.
