Hey guys,
I am going with the non-metal theme for my Eldar and I need some suggestions for the howling banshees weapons. What color should I paint them? I had painted them silver like the clasic style. Maybe, ice blue with white highlights?

Depends on the color you paint the armor. For Eldar choose something that compliments the armor color, but is different enough to stand out.

Bone color armor - Red or green or better yet teal is excellent
Red armor - Dark grey or bone colored weapons look nice (do not use green as it looks too Christmasy IMO)
Blue Armor - Green or bone weapons
White armor - dark grey or dark blue (something cold)
Black armor - Silver/standard metals look best
