Is there any such mod or ruleset for playing 40k factions in a small but necromunda detailed skirmish game?
I'm not looking for balance between necromunda gangs and marines, but rather using eldar, marines, tyranids, etc.

I love the level of detail that necromunda gives, but was hoping for a way of playing it with 40k figs.

Thanks!

I'm currentl;y building a gang from Cadian parts. Others in my group are also using 40k figs (Eldar guardians etc etc). We're using vanilla rules though.

I had that thought too. We have a Mordheim campaign at our local store and it's so much more fun than Necromunda which I believe is at least at somepoint, because of the bigger variaty with gangs. almost every fantasy army has a Mordheim Gang. Necromunda is humans only. Gorkamorka has a similar problem. Skirmish game campains are great fun, but you need more diversity among the factions.

EDIT: Oops ... unintentional threadcormancy ... Bored at work and sorting through sections of dakka I don't normally have tiem fore and didn't notice the date on last post....

You can play with kill teams. Both just make kill teams and then use scenarios similar to necromunda, or create your own.

Just be aware that wargear options are not created equally and some weapons, armor, and statlines do not reflect their pointcost or balance with such low points levels and limited application.

Been a while since I read the kill team rules, but I remember thingking that kill teams were ok, but brutes, klaxons and all that was rubbish.

Great game based on mordheim but very well tested rules for all armies except necron and spacemarines (to powerfull)

Peace!
