Will it only turn on if you burn incense and recite the proper machine rites in a properly penitent fashion?

Why not just start with a blue case? It's probably better moneywise with the time spent and frustrations experienced.

You know, I look at that and will be amazed if the tubes actually do something (MechE student, glorification of mechanical gears and having a hard-on for camshafts, etc). If they're there for liquid cooling or the top portion houses an external hard drive, sweet. But if the tubes are there just for show then I'll just laugh.

The ones on the right of the first image are very likely for liquid cooling - that looks like one of the standard, general configurations for an external radiator.

So sweet, just need a way yo keep the oil from heating up in the end.

Live your life that the fear of death can never enter your heart. Trouble no one about his religion. Respect others in their views and demand that they respect yours. Love your life, perfect your life. Beautify all things in your life. Seek to make your life long and of service to your people. When your time comes to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song, and die like a hero going home.

To keep the oil cool you can actually use that air bubble system that they put in at the end. If you put the intake the the aeration system somewhere outside of the aquarium where you can expect there to be cool air, the forced convection of the air into the oil should pull out a good amount of heat. This coupled with the general flow patterns in the oil due to both the air bubble flow and the movement created by the fans should circulate the oil enough to keep you from getting any heat buildup. You may need to remove the aquarium cover to let the hot air out once it escapes but that shouldn't be too much of an issue.
