Ok so I've got to thinking the Bretonnian list is missing something of the flavor that makes up what it is to be Bretonnian, Namely Quality Bowmen backing up the Knights, realising that there where no Shooting Skills on the List so I came up with the Yeoman Sergent and wile I was at it I also came up with the Sergent at Arms. This developed in to the following rule

Bretonnian Sergeants 0-3
25 Gold Crowns to hire

A Bretonnian Warband may contain no more Sergeants than it dose Knights. A Sergent may lead a Henchman Group of 2-5 Henchmen of the appropriate type (Sergent at Arms for Men at Arms or Yeoman Sergent for Bowmen) and if a Sergent is leading a Henchman Group he must carry the Basic Equipment of the Henchmen Group he leads, but their are exceptions a Yeoman Sergent may carry a Long Bow or Elven Long Bow even if his Group only carries normal Bows and a Sergent at Arms may carry Ithrlmar or Gromril versions of the Weapon carried by the Troops they lead, further they may carry additional equipment not carried by the Troops they lead

Profile M WS BS S T W I A LD
Sergent 4 3 3 3 3 1 3 1 7

Weapons/Armor: At start of play a Sergent at Arms may select equipment from the Men at Arms Equipment List and a Yeoman Sergent may select their Wargear from the Bowmen Equipment List.

Skills: Yeoman Sergeants may select skills from the Shooting and Speed Lists and Sergeants at Arms may choose skills from the Combat and Strength Lists.

Special Rules

Sergent: Any Model from the Sergeants Henchman Group within 6" may use the Sergeants Leadership characteristic in place of their own when called to make Leadership tests.

Men at Arms & Bowmen: when a Men at Arms or Bowmen Henchmen Group scores a "The Lads Talent" Result on their Advancement table the new Hero instead of rolling a normal Hero Advance may nested select the "Sergent" Skill, If they don't select the "Sergent" skill when they first become Heroes at any later point when they roll "New Skill" they may elect to become Sergeants if their is a Henchman Group for them to join.

Also working on a "Grail Priest" Hero, got the Stats and Cost, just rounding out the "Grail Lore" Spell/Skill table (their not Spells, but they are Magical Skills & Gifts).
