there no point giving your warlocks conceal. with cover what it is in 5th most of your army will be getting a 4+ cover anyway. fortune makes wraithguard rediculously hard to kill efficiently.

an avatar is good, but another wraithlord would probably be better. theyre almost as good in combat (higher strength) and have better guns.

for your fist list i dont think the warwalkers i think you should drop the warlakers for more harlies, drop the avarat for a wraithlord. and give your warlocks fortune.

for your second list drop the avatar for a wraith lord, drop the dire avangers for more harlies and give your warlocks fortune.

Looks liek Regwon has it right. You'll get more use out of the dreadnaughts than the avatar, particularly since you lack any long range firepower otherwise. And you'll need some hand to hand punch to cover the wraithguard once they get stuck in hand to hand.
