The Guide Farseer sits between the pathfinders and the Avengers.
The 2 units of Avengers sit in the middle of the field with the 2nd farseer close by.
In 5th, if your independent characters are not joined to a squad (within 2" coherency of a unit) then they can be singled out and shot. So if you are going to be supporting a unit, you should probably be joined to it or in a good position out of line of sight. If you are not, you are going to be dead. Regardless, unless you are planning on hanging back and letting the enemy come to you, your avengers will probably be moving forward while your pathfinders stay put in the back field so splitting a farseer between them is not likely to work out all that well.

It would appear that you have pleanty of tank busting power in the fire dragons, adding bright lances to their wave serpent is just overkill. I'd take them off in favor of some additional anti troop fire power. Twin scatter lasers works well. Or if you rather, you can get twin missile launchers and upgrade the underslung catapults to a cannon. Remember, when you fire plasma missiles, its strength 4 and thus its a defensive weapon. This configuration will allow you to move fast and fire both the shuriken cannon and the missile launcher. The banshees give you some hand to hand support, but keep in mind that you don't have enough of them to really last, so make sure you soften up any units that they are going after with some shooting before they go in.

You got a lot of bright lances here. If you expect to see a lot of tanks, then I guess this works. If you are not expecting to see a whole lot of armor (or you just want a slightly more balanced force) then you might want to swap some weapons around. I find that I like having a star cannon on my falcon to give it pleanty of
ap 2 punch but the bright lance works too if you do need the anti tank power. As for the dreadnaught, unless you are really strapped for points (and you might or migth not be depending on what you do with your other options) there isn't really a good reason not to give him a second heavy weapon. Its the only platform in the army list where you can get
BS 4 heavy weapons, so you should take advantage of it.
