Here's what I have at 500pts.
Vlad
Fenris
Doomreavers
Spriggan
Kodiak
At 750, what do you use with the madman?
(Ebutcher, in case you don't know)
Conditions:
1. Fenris
2. Doom Reavers
3. More Doom Reavers
4. At least one of the jacks I have already painted. Spriggan/Kodiak.
With 3 Abomination sources, I was thinking that I'd need fearless models, or
models that operate in the backfield. Also, I'm going to need something that
can screen or at least run interference for Fenris.
Any thoughts?

Didn't you send me a Kodiak last year? Wish you had told me you were going to go that way again, I would have sent it back (not that I might having two kodiaks mind you)...
Are we talking two units of Doomreavers? Consider a Kovnik to marshal the Kodiak (I can't imagine ebutch is so great at running a jack), and maybe some MOWDC if you want fearless. You could also stick a Drakun with dismount in and still come pretty close to 750 safely.
While not fearless, Uhlans might be your ticket as a screening unit. or MOWST would be the other option, but they're SO S L O W.
For backfield, a couple of mortars and some widowmakers could provide some very nice support--force your opponent to deploy in certain ways, pick off the hordes and unit leaders at range, and let the DRs and Kodiak do the rest.
So maybe something like:
Ebutch
Fenris
Doomies
Doomies
Kovnik
-Kodiak
Drakhun w/dismount
4x MOWDC
Mortar
Mortar
Widowmakers.
746/25 VPs.
Only problem with a list like this would be flanking units (infantry, Eiryiss, anything with stealth), but you should be able to put pressure on the core elements of such an army to sufficiently negate those kinds of threats...

His Rage Drives can give his warjacks free charges, +2" of movement, and/or +2 MAT. I say at least take a Spriggan. The Flash Bang grenade on a unit leader plus models with Abomination can make some units run. Also, having Reach on the feat turn really helps with a SPD 4 model. For screening models, I'd use DC for the Butcher and the jack(s) and Drakhun for Fenris. I wouldn't bring IFU along with all that Abomination running around. With such a melee emphasis so far, you could use some Mortars or Widowmakers to soften things up for you as you approach. Epic Butcher Spriggan Fenris Doom Reavers Doom Reavers MoW DC (4) Drakhun (+ Dismount) Widowmakers Mortar Mortar Manhunter 749 pts. 24 VPs.

Well I kind of moved near Toronto, actually.

I was going to say ... shooting? I like the taking unit leaders out idea, especially in 750 (I assuming that not all units will be in the Warcaster's control range).

Yeah, I like this list better (especially as we agree on a lot anyway ). I assume the Manhunter is there to protect the Widowmakers and/or mortar teams as a counter-assaulter, or do you see him as a flanker? Or is he just there to fill up points? Regardless, he's always a good addition.
This is Drakhun without dismount, or with (can't quite tell from the math, but it seems like without)?

Yeah. I just couldn't get myself interested until
1. E-Butcher and
2. Fenris
I like my new color scheme anyway.
Won't the Widowmakers have to be carefully positioned around the Doom Reavers? They're
not Fearless, as I recall.

Yeah, but they're a small unit. It shouldn't be too hard to keep them separated. Doom Reavers and Widowmakers both Advance Deploy, so there should be plenty of room to work with.

The Manhunter was the last thing I added. So he was part points filler and part Widowmaker body guard.
I took the Drakhun with the dismount. I'll edit that in.

(New Khador player warning!)
I think Widowmakers are essential for taking out solos, leaders, and placing shots, but a Butcher army needs Yuri the Axe with 2 Manhunters (Only way to get 2 manhunters is with Yuri)? It's cheap, and if you want someone dead, it's the way to go.
Manhunters will benefit from the Butcher's boosts a lot more than Widowmakers. Let the other Khador casters worry about sniping. The Butcher needs Yuri and the boys (Erm, I guess the second manhunter model is a woman).
Edit:
I almost forgot to mention that when you take Yuri the Axe not only does the field allowance for Manhunters go to 2, but the Manhunters get the special ability treewalking. The manhunter's LOS is never blocked by forests and he gains +2 DEF against melee attacks and may move though obstructions and other models if he has enough movement to do so. Why send a bullet when you can send a berserker with 2 axes?
